Annelie was originally trained by Quest Personnel in 1994 and in 1996 was invited to set up the Cape Town branch from scratch for Action Appointments, which she managed until 2010. MaraisButton & Assoc. opened its doors in 2012 as a niche agency that focuses on recruitment solutions and the ongoing development of NGO’s, INGO's, donor agencies, parastatals, government & CSI's, from senior executive level down.
